The unauthorized Ed Gein story, this one certainly lives up to the Deranged title, especially in that dinner party with the dead. The brain scooping and corpse tossing make for a pretty entertaining watch. It’s one of Tom Savini’s earliest works which is cool to see the genesis of some of his legendary makeup and fx work. Didn’t really love the film otherwise though.
