Pretty realistic; the only thing I thought throughout was how could Chef Not want to be back with his beautiful ex-wife, so at the end, that answered my question, lol!

Feel good fun, great performances, made me hungry. Favreau writing his love interests as Scarlett & Sofia is unbelievable, but otherwise it's not actually a fantasy movie. :P

Jon Favreau gives an astounding performance as a father developing a relationship with his son as he visits his roots in cooking. This movie has great cultural ties as it developes the amazing family dynamic displayed here.

Don’t watch if hungry. Deserves the academy award for best achievement in grilled cheese photography. I miss when Twitter was new and fun and not the toilet of the internet that it is now.

The food and music are palpable like no other movie. Utterly enjoyable. Underneath is an average but compelling movie that's still just pure fun. Highly recommend and really good with a group. Did I mention the food and music?
