The right kind of tenant is difficult to find. But finally one day Tiasha in her mid thirties who works in an NGO comes along. The three gel well and Tiasha moves in as the new tenant. Life is good as a nice friendship develops between the three. But then the things take an ugly turn finally reaching a spine chilling climax.
