Režie: Chris Peckover17letá Ashley má za úkol hlídat 12letého Lukea. Jen co jeho rodiče odjedou, Luke si pustí hororový film a pokouší se Ashley políbit. Ashley ale Lukeovy milostné návrhy odmítne. Brzy do domu dorazí i Lukeův kamarád Garrett. Na cihle, kterou mělo být rozbité okno, je nápis vyhrožující lidem v domě smrtí. Garrett zpanikaří a utíká, před domem ho však kdosi zastřelí. Šokovaná Ashley s Lukem utečou do horního patra a skryjí se ve skříni. Neznámý útočník v masce s puškou se vydá za nimi do domu.

- Aaron Tippetts22. dubna 2026I hate this movie. It was so dark. Id rather the babysitter takeout, and defend the home from scary burgers like I thought it was gonna be. I wont ever recommend this movie. It's just dark.

- sti538. ledna 2026Isn't this exciting? *big grin* I had very low expectations for this one, but it worked out to be a decent sub 90 min flick. A little bit like a modernized Scream with some cheap jump scares in the first act, and then escalating.. a lot! I noticed a fair amount of details/hidden information in the background here and there, but I bet I missed a lot as well. Worth a watch if you just want to be entertained for 90 minutes.

Verdict This is a bold, inventive thriller that rewards fans of dark comedy and suspenseful storytelling. It is a must-watch for anyone tired of the standard holiday movie formula.

- carter288228. listopadu 2025Better Watch Out is one of the most insane thrillers I have ever seen!!! The movie is a very low budget movie that in a sense feels like Home Alone. The cast in this movie is really good, especially the kid who portrayed Luke. The movie doesn’t waste a second of time and just jumps into it, so your entertained throughout the film. The kills are also pretty good in this movie. The last hour of the film is the most insane stuff, it will have you shocked at the ending was great too. I also love that it’s set around Christmas, it fully embraces the Christmas spirit with the music, the snow, the decorations, and so much more. So overall a fun enough thriller with an insane last hour that you are not expecting, trust me!!
