As a dorky cop falls in with five Tao masters who admire his c'hi, an ancient foe comes looking for them all.
Kde se dívat na Arahan
- Patrick Wai17. srpna 2026A decent Korean action-comedy that follows the tried-and-true formula: awkward loser discovers he has hidden abilities, gets trained by eccentric masters, and eventually learns to kick some serious ass. Some of the comedy genuinely made me laugh, and the two leads have good chemistry. The action is fun, the performances work, and the movie has enough personality to carry its very predictable story. Where it lost me was all the mythology surrounding the Key, chi, and assorted mystical mumbo jumbo. For such a straightforward story, they somehow managed to make parts of it unnecessarily confusing. The screenplay could have been stronger, but fortunately Arahan knows when to stop explaining chi and start kicking people. Nothing groundbreaking, but a fun little discovery. 6.5/10
