A long-running series of adventures featuring Robin of Loxley - Robin Hood - and his group of Sherwood-Forest-based freedom fighters. Robin and his men protected England from the evil machinations of Prince John while good King Richard was away at the Crusades. The series was primarily intended for children, and was unusual in that it frequently re-used the same actors in different roles, or different actors in a recurring roles.

    The Charm PedlarA charm pedlar arrives in Nottingham. To Robin he seems harmless, but Friar Tuck discovers the man is a trickster, selling the villagers useless potions. Robin thinks of a plan to stop the pedlar's activities.

    Goodbye Little JohnOn returning to Sherwood Forest, Little John is angry to discover that his place as Robin's right-hand man has been taken by Will Scarlett. To make matters worse, Will beats John in a wrestling match, and the big man strides off into the forest angrier than ever. The Deputy Sheriff hears of it and plans to take advantage of Little John's discontent.

    Hue And CrySet upon and robbed of his chain of office by a masked man, the Deputy Sheriff wrongly suspects the outlaws of the crime. What follows places Robin's life under threat - and provides unwanted troubles for Little John and Maid Marian.

    The Pharoah StonesLittle John is given three dice - stones by a pedlar, which he claims once belonged to the Ancient Egyptian Kings. Truth or not, the stones bring more than their fair share of trouble to the Greenwood.

    Bride For An OutlawSir Bligh, a wealthy merchant, learns that his daughter's suitor plans to visit her. Robin, escaping from the Sheriff 's men, enters the house and is mistaken for the man - an event which leads the outlaw leader into treachery.

    Double TroubleEdgar, Friar Tuck's identical twin brother, arrives in Nottingham and brings mayhem in his wake: he has agreed to lead the Sheriff to the outlaw camp - little realising that by doing so, he places his brother's life in peril.

    TrappedSir Marmot, a Norman knight, seizes travellers and then places them on trial on trumped up charges. If they refuse to pay the fine he imposes, he sentences them to work on his estate. One of his victims is Little John - which proves to be a very costly mistake.
