*An Atmosphere of Pure Espionage:* It captures the *007* vibe, but with a much grittier, more tactical edge. There are no martinis or casinos here—just sweat, fiber-optic cables, and the constant tension that a single sound could mean instant death. The series keeps you glued to the screen because it treats stealth as an art form. Unlike other shows where bullets fly indiscriminately, in *Deathwatch*, every movement is calculated. When the action finally erupts, it is swift, brutal, and deeply satisfying. It evokes that visceral sensation of watching a predator in its natural habitat. Although it left me craving more, that very brevity ensures there isn't a single wasted moment. Every minute counts, every interrogation carries weight, and every shadow feels like a character in its own right. It successfully appeals to those of us who grew up playing the classic Tom Clancy games, yet feels fresh and modern enough to captivate anyone looking for a top-tier political thriller. It is a true masterpiece of tactical suspense. It is short, yes—but much like the elite operatives of Fourth Echelon, it moves in, executes its mission with surgical precision, and extracts itself, leaving behind an unforgettable impact. *An absolute must-watch for fans of the genre.* Honestly, Sam Fisher has always held one distinct advantage over James Bond: Bond is a celebrity, whereas Sam is a ghost. And this series makes you *feel* exactly that. *****

Great animation. Should have just left the original characters though. Changing things for a non-existent modern audience is getting old. Should've named it Splint-her Cell.

6.9/10 - "Splinter Cell Ubisoft Left Me To Make 26 Assassin's Creed Games Deathwatch" Now This In No Way Is Bad At All Just Not What A Hardcore Fan Would Be Wanting After 12 years I Did Write a Much Longer Detailed Review But It Was Deleted So I'm Going Fast Now Since i grew up on the games this was really nice to see Sam Fisher again i played and loved all the games in their own Being as Chaos Theory is the Highest Rated Game In the Franchise i am glad they went down that Old Road again This was amazing to see Sam again I Enjoyed Seeing Him with them Goggles on Baby But After 12 Years of nothing Since Blacklist in (2013) this was Sorta disappointing there was Little to no backstory to Sam or what he has been doing for years they did a wraparound to Chaos theory and Told the "Story" Of Doug Shetlands Daughter that i believe was never known until now for some reason it was not the worst choice but i think they should have gone another route for a story Liev did a Good Job as Sam but he don't have Ironsides Charm or Humor that we all know and love since the early 2000's the New Agent Zinnia was Decent being she's just there for no real reason in the story other than to make a plot/story Unless there's some Book or Lore that i haven't Known or heard about that she's in Literally Anyone would have been fine with just Sam Being the main Point here As she has a bit More Screen time than him As Sam is the Background Guy almost. Thankfully they did do Zinnia right and not make her feel like the Female Characters of today and Force her into the world as this Almighty Being she is Grounded and feels Real in the Show Just as Briggs was in Blacklist (Good Job & Thank You) Overall I'm just Disappointed after years this is all we get this is in No way a bad Show just sad its so short there is only 8 Episodes that Fly by the Intro itself is about a minute the Outro about 5 mins you get about a 10-15 minutes of run time A Few Even Less which nowadays feels very very short for a Story/Character that has been gone for 12 years i really do hope this isn't a one and done i would love to see Sam more in Movies Or animated Shows/Series Hopefully Ubisoft doesn't destroy the New Splinter Cell Remake

Meh. Nothing interesting, 6.5 rating just for effort and no fillers. Many times McKenna slips, and she’s redeemed. Main character privileges.
