Chris can’t wait any longer to tell Albert that he plans to move, despite the heartbreak it will cause his father. Meanwhile, Caroline waits in terror for a doctor's call with her test results. Tension mounts between Albie and Vito, who have yet to resolve their huge blow up. And later, emotions run high when Caroline gives the family a dose of life-changing news.
