One is a 15 year old girl who started cutting herself a few times a week after having problems in her group of friends at school. And another is a man in his 60s. He doesn’t self-harm anymore but still occasionally feels the urge.
Some experts think there is a trend of people with no diagnosed psychological or mental health issues resorting to self-harming.
