Six well-known Danes are going on an expedition for 16 days. An adventure on the river and an experience of a lifetime. They must manage in one of the most unforgiving places on the planet, and at the same time learn to live with, and in respect for, each other and the untouched nature. In the new program series 'Through the Grand Canyon - the wildest adventure', former handball player Jesper Nøddesbo, TV host Ibi Støving, actress Lise Baastrup, actor Andreas Jessen, sailor Anne-Marie Rindom and musician Skinz are challenged both mentally and physically. Helped by the adventurer Thor F. Jensen, they must manage together on the river, in the surroundings and in the daily changing camps.
