The episode revolves around Rocky, a chimpanzee that accompanies Professor Headful to a hangar to test fly a model of the Rubber Bandit, a plane propelled by the twisting of a huge rubber band. Realizing that Professor Headful misunderstood and is about to test fly the real plane, Rocky decides to run off into town.
