Follows the adventures of Fantaghiro, who is the youngest in her family. In her kingdom, where women are expected to perform their misogynistic duties, Fantaghiro questions this and decides to follow her own destiny. From there she meets the White Witch, her guardian, and King Romualdo, her lover, and many other fantastical characters in this 5-part series.
