Mayor Madison and her cat have an appointment that evening, and the vet is worried because Cooper, the dog she is looking after, loves to chase cats. Leo promises to keep the animals away from the site, but soon Cooper is chasing Pilchard around the reception area and havoc ensues. Leo finally regains control of the animals, and the team is able to finish the new reception area in time for the Mayor's arrival.
