Well cast, with fine production values that do a superb job recreating the confusion, terror and camaraderie of a US paratroop unit from D-Day to the end of WW2, with a very welcome interspersed selection of first hand accounts from some of those who survived to tell the tale. Plus some welcome "extras", including the making of the series and an event in France that saw the return of the same members of the elite Easy Company, part of the US 101st Airborne Division. Highly recommended.
