Archie discovers that he has a small tax problem. Seems he didn't think it was important to claim the money that he made on his part-time cab driving job. He goes down to the Internal Revenue Service to talk to them but he offends the man, who is black. In response, the agent tells him that he is going to audit his returns for the last three years.
