The singer of the techno band "Scooter", Hans-Peter Baxxter, is kidnapped. The perpetrators demand a ransom of 2 million marks and leave no room for negotiations. André is friends with H. P. and takes over the ransom handover with Semir. The handover fails, but two of the kidnappers are arrested. The drug-addicted leader of the group becomes increasingly desperate and megalomaniacal and manages to escape with his hostage. However, he is so angry about the police action that he seriously injures H. P. and secures his hiding place with live mines. The singer is in danger of bleeding to death.
