Harry "Chip" Johnson is an American actor. For well over 30 years, Harry's ADR voice was a part of over 2,000 television episodes, especially all the Law & Order shows and Wolf Films' Chicago shows, along with dozens of feature films, commercials and video games, mostly uncredited.
