Gina Sansom is a film and television editor. Her credits include the feature films They Came Together (2014) and Marley & Me (2008), as well as the web series Horace and Pete (2016).

On television, her work includes editing for Louie, The Kominsky Method, Better Things, Our Flag Means Death, Reservation Dogs, American Born Chinese, Friends of the People, and Silicon Valley. Additionally, her early career roles span titles such as Magic City, Nurse Jackie, Louis C.K.: Oh My God, 30 Rock, Damages, Monsters Inside Me, Bored to Death, The Wire, and Evening, in positions ranging from assistant editor to post-production assistant and post coordinator.

One of her most notable credits is her role as the editor of the web series Horace and Pete (2016), created, written, directed by, and starring Louis C.K. This series, shot in a multi-camera format, was released online from January through April 2016. Her work on this series earned her a nomination for the 2016 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Multi-Camera Picture Editing for a Comedy Series, specifically for "Episode 103" of Horace and Pete (2016).
