Trapped under Mount Wuzhi for 400 years, the Monkey King is saved by Ah Yi, but is targeted to be assassinated under the Prince Dragon's orders. Though the mission fails, Ah Yi is captured and Monkey King battles the Prince Dragon across land and sea to rescue her. He finally redeems himself and returns to Mount Wuzhi to continue his training.
