- Nicholas FlorioNovember 3, 2025I don't know about anyone else but I thought this movie highlighted just how self absorbed artists can be. They all think their work is the most important thing in the world. I'm not saying that it is unimportant but the artists that have the most inflated sense of self are the one's that get the most acclaim. This movie was extremely slow moving. I didn't realize you could make Michelle Williams so unattractive. This is the first movie that I didn't see her breasts in. LOL
- Kevin WardJuly 2, 2025A quietly moving film about a struggling artist, Lizzy, that is just kind of surviving. Her passive aggressive landlord walks all over her. It’s not until we’re slowly let in to what Lizzy’s relationships with her family immediate family were like, that we understand why Lizzy acts the way she does. It can’t be understated the importance of a hot shower, though. I feel like the whole movie is different if Jo just fixes the damn water heater. Also, I feel like André 3000 should be in more things.
