    less than two minutes into the movie and anya taylor-joy breaks out into a musical number. three minutes later it cuts to her and her brother playing with playmobils, and police knock at their door to give them the news that their parents died in a car crash. this is the hardest i laughed all movie; this is also where the movie peaked. from there, it’s abysmal.
