Ryuji (Koji Matoba), the leader of the Sasaki Mutsumi Federation's shadow assassination group "Special Senior Purge Team", belongs to the former Russian Army Special Forces, and was ordered by President Kenzaki (Masataka Naruse) from Tokyo and Kansai.
