Outside in the brown bear enclosure, Knut, now well-fed and strong, presents himself to his national and international spectators. Knut has now moved into his own room with his sleeping box. When Knut suffers from a toothache, he has to temporarily cancel his public appearances. A special treatment makes him fit again. The camera is there when he is allowed to play in a pool full of ice for the first time. The film also shows Knut with other animals and also with his parents, whom he gets to know behind protective glass. A new 45-minute film by author Georg Berger with Knut, his foster father Thomas Dörflein and his veterinarian André Schüle in the leading roles.
