Female hero Shen is a kind of Robin Hood, distributing food and money to the oppressed peasants. Years earlier her father was responsible for concealing a priceless treasure but he disappeared without revealing its location. When a treasure map comes to light, Shen sets out to recover the treasure and find out what happened to her father, but various evil factions will stop at nothing to get the riches for themselves.
