Directed by Jang Kyu-sungBorn and raised in a rural town, Choon-sam lives a relatively normal life. When the village chief dies in an accident, the villagers unanimously decide that young Choon-sam is the perfect replacement for the job. Choon-sam soon has to deal with adversity when his old friend and school rival Dae-gyu becomes the county magistrate.
