After four years of retirement from the CIA, Mark Bowregaurd is living the good life. His retirement is interrupted one morning when he is called by the director himself who has just had his beloved nephew kidnapped. He strikes a deal with Mark to return for one final mission: Travel to Columbia and rescue the boy.
