Forty longtime unemployed people from north-eastern Germany fly to Mallorca - Germany's favorite vacation island - to participate in a 10-week internship program. They will work according to strict schedules among sun-bathing and partying tourists, and the internships are expected to improve the participants' chances on the job market back home in Germany. For most of them the project 'Prima Mallorca' is THE big chance in their lives, and for some maybe the last big chance.
