Political Asylum
Directed by Manuel Zeceña DiéguezBarreiro, the head of a revolutionary movement in a Latin American country, asks for asylum in a foreign embassy. The ambassador, Mr. Lara, though under pressure from the government, refuses to budge on his ideals that an embassy should offer political immunity. So he helps to get a safe exit for the revolutionary, even though his wife once had an affair with the man.
