Directed by Bryan GoeresJournalism student, Simon Tate thinks it's strange when several students at university die in (supposedly) unrelated accidents. Simon soon discover the students were test subjects in a secret drug test program. He's forced to run for his life, when a pharmaceutical company tries to prevent him from revealing the truth behind Phase IV.
