Directed by Shigeru IshiharaShabs and weapons leaked from a US military base in Bando-gumi's Shima. It was due to a plot of the Kenyukai aiming at the Bando group's Shima. The Kenyukai sends a young head, Takenouchi, to Masaki, the second generation of the Wuxia Association, who tries to stop the plot.
