This is the name of a peculiar character whom we never get to see, though he provides the title for this documentary and serves as a playful excuse to get close to the inhabitants of a rural community in Sierra Del Tiger, Calico, to talk about live hoods in the Mexican countryside. A simple homage full of 'good milk' to these farmers who love their work.
