The internationalization and global fame reached by Galician wines meant to a certain extent their standardization and homogenization. Now, a group of winegrowers aim to return to the roots through more authentic vinifications that express their terroirs in a unique way, recovering vineyards and grape varieties on the verge of disappearance.
