Billie Jean King's contribution to Wimbledon during the late 60's and early 70's and the influence she had on the tennis world was, and is, immense. She is a six-time Ladies, Singles Champion and a 10-time Ladies Doubles Champion, quite an incredible achievement. Today, King remains an icon and continues to be an active part of Wimbledon in her role as a television commentator.
