Directed by Simon Warwick GreenSunny is infatuated with glitzy, deadbeat, Francophile bingo-caller Pauline Dupondt and forgets the important things in life, like his 80-year-old Grandmother Dot's birthday, her love of techno music,and the joy she takes in shopping on rollerskates. Sunny attempts to woo his eccentric next-door neighbor with clumsy, old-fashioned charm and Yorkshire mixtures, while ducking the chips thrown at him by local thugs.
