Married couple Nisha (Sharmila Tagore) and Dilip Mathur (Navin Nishchal) purchase a hotel in a scenic locale. The hotel soon attracts several young couples; ex-convict Deepak Khanna (Suresh Oberoi), who possesses dark secrets about Nisha's past; a police inspector (Chandrashekhar) who warns people against staying in this hotel; and journalist Lisa (Prema Narayan).
