Well done police serial. It's not your classic, remember-every-episode kind of show, but it's solid.
The lead is an unlikable and brash f-up but not in a cute way: "like damn she really gonna do...?' kind of way. But that is what makes it more interesting than the typical show. It's watching a junkie/addict cop partying, walking into every junkie cliche, yet trying to do the right thing. The time spent with characters in and out of AA meetings is a nice theme.
The other lead, Ray, is an abrasive State cop who also has a lot of cockiness and illegal activities at every turn. The unpredictability of each lead keeps the tension going.
3 seasons, so there was an audience for it.
