Honestly, this film still stands as one of the best dark fantasy movies of the 2000s. The gloomy atmosphere, Keanu Reeves’ stoic yet emotional performance, and the haunting soundtrack make it unforgettable.
The mix of religion, mythology, and supernatural horror is done brilliantly. Constantine himself is such a complex, broken hero — and that final scene with Lucifer? Absolutely iconic.
A movie worth rewatching every few years. 👏
