“Space Raiders” is a bargain-bin space adventure built for a ten-year-old’s imagination. It’s got heart, but it’s not a good film. A relic of the era when Star Wars ruled the box office, it proves that even a handful of stock footage from “Battle Beyond the Stars” could launch a new galaxy.
