Hard Ticket to Hawaii
Two drug enforcement agents are killed on a private Hawaiian island. Donna and Taryn, two operatives for The Agency, accidentally intercept a delivery of diamonds intended for drug lord Seth Romero, who takes exception and tries to get them back. Soon other Agency operatives get involved, and a full-scale fight to the finish ensues, complicated here and there by an escaped snake made deadly by Toxic Waste!

Despite it's reputation, I like it slightly less than it's predecessor, Malibu Express. The setup takes itself just slightly too serious in many scenes and the plot, despite being more focused than Malibu Express, meanders a bit around. The audio mixing is also less good, making it sometimes harder to understand dialog. It also feels like some aspects of filmmaking didn't come together, as some setup lacks pay-off. The cast is likable enough, but the limitations of hiring playmates are quite clear. Still if you seek something like Malibu Express or a fun group watch, you will get it here. Ironically fun rating 3.5/5.0. Intended filmmaking (barely applicable here) rating 2.0/5.0.
