Didn't expect to like this so much. The film gets going with a cracker of an opening sequence depicting the busy goings-on in a law firm, and keeps moving at a frenetic pace as people keep entering and exiting the scenes like a stage-play. John Barrymore's theatrical performance has a lot to savour.
