Beautifully shot in Vista-Vision, this 1959 classic "spy thriller" is a comedic romp across the country. Largely considered a masterpiece for its themes of deception, mistaken identity, and moral relativism in the Cold War era, Cary Grant, Eva Marie Saint, and James Mason are simply magnificent in their respective roles (speaking of James Mason, I'd wager that Mike Meyers' accent was inspired by him when he portrayed British General Ed Fenech in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds"). The new 4K HDR transfer is excellent, and a must-watch for true fans of cinema. Do it!
