To me George Reeves and Christopher Reeve are SUPERMAN. "Adventures of Superman" were my 1st introduction to the man of steele as a 7 or 8 year old. It was still common to find it in syndication back then and I fell in love Immediatlely. George Reeves looks the part, acts the part and he is Superman. The stories are all fast paced and fun no matter the decade or century. A fan of the show probably knows it got a little more unconventional as time went on, especially when it went to color, but it was still fun and exciting for the young and young at heart for roughly 30 minutes. I'm in my 50's now and still have as much fun watching it as I did 40+ years ago....for real. I'm so glad it's been digitized and made available to all. I've waited soooo long to get this show and finally was able to purchase a nice clean, beautiful, 100% complete copy from Fandango. Bless them!!!!! You can"t go wrong with it. If you're a Superman fan or completest, you have to get "Adventures of Superman" (1952-1958)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
