I just feel spent after watching this. The level of anxiety and stress this film induces is astoundingly palpable. By the time it’s over, you’ll feel tight in the chest and desperate for fresh air. One of those films that seems like it’s more of a showcase for whatever emotion it’s driving (in this case: despair, catatonia, insane grief), rather than driving an overarching narrative. The kind of film you’re probably only going to watch once but you sure as hell won’t forget.
