Bruce Campbell as a wisecracking secret agent in the 1800s? Yes please. This show is pure camp with sword fights, bad wigs, ridiculous plots, and Bruce hamming it up like only he can. It is over the top, historically inaccurate in the best way, and never stops winking at the audience. At just 30 minutes an episode, it feels like someone mashed Zorro with Evil Dead and sprinkled in Saturday morning cartoon energy. Too short-lived, but unforgettable if you like your adventure with a big side of cheese.
