The same rote formula attempting to be spicy by making the pretty blonde obviously ditzy. Rehashes cameos in a similar vein as the Halloween franchise, only with less pizzazz.
A tale of "revenge" which involves random, unrelated people being murdered is bad writing. Suspension of disbelief is required for everything, including the big twist. It's a bad second screen movie you'd play in the background.
