Not because it’s so psychologically intense, but because there is a major mystery lurking in the background—one that is intriguing and makes you really eager to find out what’s going on. Added to that is the significant focus on the overall state of the world, which I also find incredibly interesting. So, it is definitely not a generic action anime, but rather one backed by a solid story. It’s missing that final little spark to earn a full 5 stars, but all in all, I can recommend this anime without hesitation.

The ending is the kind that gets better once it clicks. It takes an unexpected direction that made me appreciate the entire story more, even if some moments lean a bit into “power of belief/friendship” and don’t fully land in the moment. Overall, it’s a bold and memorable series with a payoff that hits harder the more you think about it.🌞🌛
- null28. března 2026Fire Force is a show roughly on par with a deeply insightful character and narrative driven story like Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Despite my 2 star rating, you owe it to yourself to watch this one. The pacing is a bit awkward at times. There is a healthy amount of plot armor. It's overwhelmingly well written and the animation is fantastic. Which brings us to the reason for the low rating; Tamaki Kotatsu as a character serves the sole purpose of providing cheap fan service. Without ruining anything, despite backlash from reviewers and the fan base, an entire episode in season 3 was dedicated to redeeming her reputation as a weak character. If every scene with Tamaki was removed from the series, the series would be objectively better and more impactful. Continuing to blatantly force the juvenile and frankly cringe gimmick of her clothing disappearing during conflicts on the audience is absurd. Whoever wrote these scenes needs serious help.

Píše se rok 198 sluneční éry a speciální týmy hasičů bojují nejen v Tokiu, ale i po celém světě s podivným fenoménem lidského samovznícení. Ve většině případů se postižený člověk změní ve stvoření, které hasiči označují jako Infernál. Ti jsou v podstatě čirým ohněm, ničivým živlem bez rozumu, ovšem dokáží také plameny ovládat a tím způsobit mnohem větší škody na životech i majetku. V hasičských sborech se však objevují obdobní jedinci, kteří také dokáží plameny ovládat, ovšem na rozdíl od Infernálů jsou stále lidmi. Shinra Kusakabe, mladý chlapec, který dokáže zažehnout oheň svými chodidly a poté s ním dle libosti manipulovat, je novým rekrutem 8. speciálního hasičského sboru. Shinra je odhodlaný uhasit každého Infernála, kterého potká, a zjistit, co za těmito samovzníceními stojí. Kupředu ho žene touha stát se hrdinou, ale také tragická událost v jeho minulosti, během které zahynula celá jeho rodina...
